FYI: this falls under New Mexico laws I drove a small 2 door honda civic and was on my way to school. Don't give me because it costs too much and they cant afford it. I think it's the price of having a car. You wouldn't get a car and say well tires are expensive, I can't afford them you just need them. The point of insurance is to be able to afford to fix any damages you may cause to another driver's car or person. If I wrecked someone's car I would certainly want the other person to be able to get their car fixed or replaced. I got into an accident on a rainy day. I did not hold collision or comprehensive. Because I skidded into a ditch and the car rolled, an oil leak occurred. i've used all the comparison websites, and the 3000 is on a 1 litre car with insurance group 1. i have tried www.insurethebox.com (limited miles) and www.i-kube.com (no driving between 11 pm and 5am) and neither have been able to help. is there a car you know of with lower insurance than this, or any particular insurance groups that will cover young drivers for fairly low prices. i've looked through most of the options Google found and none of them are any use. HELP.
